Here is my big skein.

I wound it around the trampoline. I tied the individual skeins in one color of yarn and the whole mess together as one skein with another color to keep it organized when it's time to wind. I dyed it in big buckets and rinsed it in the bathtub. I should finally get the long stripes I've been looking for!

Genius! I would never have thought to use something like that. I mean, it even LOOKS like a gigantic swift. I can't wait to see how those stripes work out.
I love it! Isn't it fun to be the crazy lady with the yarn. My neighbors give me goofy looks when I take my yarn or WIPs outside to photograph.
This is absolutely brilliant. I mean, just. plain. awesome.
And to think that we've had a trampoline for over a year and it's just been WASTED on things like, oh, jumping, and such. Now I understand it's true purpose. Thank you for enlightening me!
